Booking Terms and Conditions
NO PARTIES – Encore Broadbeach enforces a strict ZERO TOLERANCE NO PARTY POLICY which must be agreed to and signed upon check-in. Any guests found to be in breach of the policy may face a non-refundable eviction 24/7. Encore Broadbeach reserves the right to evict PARTIES or LARGE GATHERINGS. Strictly NO Bucks/Stags, Hens Parties or Footy Trips allowed.
NO SMOKING – Encore enforces a $500 NO SMOKING fine throughout the entire property, including on all private balconies.
NO PETS – Unfortunately pets are not allowed at Encore Broadbeach.
COVID-19 – When staying at Encore Broadbeach, guests must abide by the latest Health Directives from the QLD Government and QLD Health Department, including but not limited to, checking in with QR codes, wearing masks in common areas and practicing safe social distance.
PAYMENT – 1st night non-refundable deposit processed 7 days prior to arrival with the full balance due on check in. If deposit declines, we will attempt to contact you for 24hrs, thereafter the reservation will be cancelled. The card used for the balance payment and preauthorisation must be presented on check-in by the cardholder. Visa/MasterCard & Amex incur non-refundable 1.2 & 2.75% surcharges respectively.
PARKING is non-inclusive and STRICTLY ONE CAR SPACE PER UNIT. Street parking is available for additional cars. Please be advised Britannia Ave operates a 3-hour parking limit between 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. There are no restrictions outside these hours and on Weekends. Visitors Parking is for the sole use of Visitors, not extra guests vehicles. The Body Corporate enforces a strict tow-away zone in this area. Any additional cars are brought at your own risk. Please take this into consideration when bringing more than one vehicle. Carpark clearance 2.2m. NOTE: Trailers, Boats and Campervans are prohibited from being parked in the carpark.
SECURITY BOND – A $100 pre-authorisation per room is required to be held on a Credit/Debit card which matches the name on the reservation for security & will be released approx. 7 working days after departure. Virtual IDs not accepted.
SERVICING – All apartments receive a daily replenishment service, this includes beds made with existing linen, replenishment of amenities, towel replacement, rubbish removed, and the dishwasher turned on. If you have booked a stay for 7+ nights you will also receive a clean and linen change mid-stay including linen replenishment, kitchen/bathroom surfaces wiped down and floors vacuumed/mopped as required.
ROOM REQUESTS – Allocation is made randomly. Apartments vary in layout and a request for a specific apartment cannot be guaranteed. All images shown are examples and indicative only. HIGH FLOORS or similar requests are request based only and subject to availability and therefore cannot be guaranteed. NOTE: Each apartment is individually owned and variances in furniture may occur.
SCHOOLIES FESTIVAL 18/11/23 TO 03/12/23: Encore Broadbeach does not accept graduates during the annual Schoolies Week. Encore Broadbeach reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel any booking during this time and all registered guests must be over 21 years of age to stay at Encore Broadbeach. The property does not have any policies, procedures, or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual “Schoolies Weeks”. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort, and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
CHECKING IN – Guest must check in on the scheduled day. No refunds will be given for No Shows. Encore Broadbeach reserves the right to cancel reservations made with system errors resulting in incorrect availability & rates at their discretion. NOTE: The guest checking in must match the name on the reservation with matching ID and credit card.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancelled 0 – 1 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be forfeited.
If cancelled 0 – 14 days before arrival, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited.
If cancelled 14 or more days before arrival, 0% of the total amount will be forfeited.
